Background Investigations is a licensed investigation service. All
licenses were issued by the State of California, Department of
Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services
(License #PI 23536). This service is owned and operated by Eric
Arroyo. This is a full service business which specializes in
pre-employment background investigations. All backgrounds are
conducted using the California POST training guidelines and
techniques. Background investigation services are conducted for all
private and public sectors.
Eric Arroyo is a retired police officer. He has worked for the Ontario
Police Department, Stanislaus County Sheriffs Department, and the
Santa Clara County Sheriffs Department. His assignments included the
Background Investigations Unit, Patrol Bureau, Courts, Transportation,
and the County Jails. Since Eric’s retirement, he has worked for two
private background investigation companies. These companies have
contracts with city and state law enforcement agencies. Eric has
conducted and assisted in hundreds of background investigations on
police officers, firemen, deputy coroners, coroner investigators,
forensic technicians and city government personnel.
